At NPS Solovair, we want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure boots are tried on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffing the soles before finalizing your decision.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a separate shipping mailer to protect the packaging during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid return label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over your parcel at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
